[AboutYou](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/de/knowledge/marktpl%C3%A4tze?hsLang=de#aboutyou) # AboutYou Payments: Chargeback- und Refund-Rücklagen auf getrennten Konten buchen ## Für die Rücklagen, die AboutYou Payments einbehält, kannst du zwei getrennte Konten buchen – eins für Chargebacks und eins für Refunds. ### 📖 Darum geht’s About You behält bei deinen Auszahlungen Beträge als Sicherheit ein – für mögliche Chargebacks und für Refunds. Damit du beide Rücklagearten getrennt nachvollziehen und einzeln abstimmen kannst, hinterlegst du dafür jeweils ein eigenes Konto in der About You Payments-Konfiguration. --- ### 🔎 Zwei Konten für deine Rücklagen In der AboutYou Payments-Konfiguration hinterlegst du zwei Konten: - **Freigaben- & Einbehaltekonto für Chargebacks** – für Rücklagen, die AboutYou für mögliche Rückbuchungen (Chargebacks) einbehält. - **Freigaben- & Einbehaltekonto für Refunds** – für Rücklagen, die AboutYou für Erstattungen (Refunds) einbehält. ![Bildschirmfoto 2026-10-07 um 20.57.38](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bildschirmfoto%202026-10-07%20um%2020.57.38.png?width=644&height=125&name=Bildschirmfoto%202026-10-07%20um%2020.57.38.png) Der Kontoname zeigt dir schon, dass auf jedem Konto **beides** passiert: der **Einbehalt** (AboutYou hält Geld zurück) und die spätere **Freigabe** (der einbehaltene Betrag wird wieder aufgelöst). --- ### ⚙️ So hinterlegst du die beiden Konten 1. Klicke links auf AboutYou Payments. 2. Trage beim Feld **Freigaben- & Einbehaltekonto für Chargebacks** dein Konto für Chargeback-Rücklagen ein. 3. Trage beim Feld **Freigaben- & Einbehaltekonto für Refunds** dein Konto für Refund-Rücklagen ein. 4. So kannst du beide Rücklagearten getrennt nachvollziehen und einzeln abstimmen. **❓ Laufen Einbehalt und Freigabe auf dasselbe Konto?** Ja. Pro Rücklageart gehen Einbehalt und Freigabe auf dasselbe Konto. Die Freigabe ist die Umkehrbuchung des Einbehalts. **❓ Was passiert, wenn ich ein Konto leer lasse?** Braucht ein Import das fehlende Konto, stoppt er mit einer klaren Fehlermeldung.
