Logge dich in deinen [**pathway Account**](https://app.pathway-solutions.de/) ein.  2. Öffne links im Menü die gewünschte **Shop-/ Accountintegration** (z. B. Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe Billing, Chargebee). 3. Klicke oben rechts auf **„Erweiterte Einstellungen“**. 2. Aktiviere den **Toggle „Automatischer Import“**. 2. B. auf den **3. des Folgemonats** einstellst, gilt: - Der erste automatische Buchungsstapel wird **ab dem nächsten 3. des Monats** erstellt - Alle **zukünftigen Monate** werden dann automatisch erzeugt 🔎 **Wichtig:** Wenn du das monatliche Intervall **erst nach den ersten Monatstagen** aktivierst und dir der **letzte Monat noch fehlt**, kannst du diesen **einmalig manuell erstellen**. ➡️ *Anleitung: [Wie erzeuge ich manuell einen Buchungsstapel für z.B. B. an einem **Mittwoch** aktivierst: - Der erste Buchungsstapel wird **in der Nacht zu Donnerstag** erstellt - Bis zum Monatsende erfolgt die Erstellung **jede Woche in der Nacht zu Donnerstag** 🔁 **Rückwirkende Erstellung:** Wenn du das wöchentliche Intervall **erst mitten im Monat** aktivierst, erstellt pathway automatisch **alle noch fehlenden Buchungsstapel wochenweise ab Monatsbeginn**. 📌 **Monatswechsel beachten:** Endet ein Monat **mitten in einer Woche**, gilt: - Es wird ein Buchungsstapel **bis zum letzten Tag des Monats** erstellt - Für die restlichen Tage der Woche wird ein **separater Stapel** erzeugt - Hintergrund: **Buchungsstapel dürfen nicht monatsübergreifend erstellt werden** Danach läuft der Import wieder ganz normal **wöchentlich** weiter. --- ### **📍 Täglich** Beim täglichen Import gibt es **keine Besonderheiten**: - Der Import läuft täglich automatisch - Alle **rückliegenden, noch fehlenden Buchungsstapel** werden ebenfalls automatisch erstellt Ideal, wenn du möglichst **zeitnah und granular** arbeiten möchtest. --- ### **Schritt 4 – E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen einrichten** 1. Klicke auf das **blaue Plus (+)** im Bereich Benachrichtigungen. 2.
