Das ist wichtig, damit du die Daten anschließend prüfen, weiterverarbeiten oder an DATEV übergeben kannst. Du kannst entweder einzelne Stapel exportieren oder mehrere Stapel gleichzeitig als ZIP-Datei herunterladen. --- ### ⚙️ Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung ### Schritt 1 – Buchungsstapel öffnen 1. Logge dich in der pathway Plattform ein. 2. Klicke links im Menü auf **Buchungsstapel**. 3. Wähle bei Bedarf die gewünschten Filter aus. 4. Klicke auf **Suchen**. ✔ Ergebnis: Dir werden die passenden Buchungsstapel angezeigt. --- ### 🔎 Buchungsstapel vor dem Download filtern Wenn viele Buchungsstapel vorhanden sind, kannst du die Übersicht vor dem Download mit verschiedenen Filtern eingrenzen. ![](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2026-12-20-13-1503-PM.png?width=2752&height=372&name=image-png-Jun-02-2026-12-20-13-1503-PM.png) #### Nach Shop filtern Wenn du mehrere Shops in pathway angebunden hast. #### Nach Integration filtern Um nur die Buchungsstapel für die gewünschte Integration (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe Billing, PayPal, Klarna, etc.)  anzeigen zu lassen #### Nach Jahr und Monat filtern Wenn du die Exporte für einen gewissen Monat, Jahr oder auch alle anzeigen lassen möchtest. 💡 Tipp: Jahr und Monat können unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt oder leer gelassen werden. #### Filter kombinieren Die verschiedenen Filter lassen sich beliebig miteinander kombinieren. --- ### Option 1 – Mehrere Buchungsstapel gleichzeitig herunterladen 1. Setze bei allen Buchungsstapeln, die du exportieren möchtest, ein Häkchen. 2. Die Buchungsstapel werden als ZIP-Datei heruntergerladen. 4. Du findest diese in deinem Browser Download-Ordner **💡 Tipp:** Diese Variante eignet sich besonders, wenn du mehrere Buchungsstapel eines Monats gleichzeitig herunterladen möchtest. --- ### Option 2 – Einzelnen Buchungsstapel herunterladen 1. Suche den gewünschten Buchungsstapel in der Übersicht. 2. Der **CSV-Export** wird automatisch herunterladen & in deinem Browser Download Order abgelegt. 4. Falls du das **DATEV-Format anpassen** möchtest, klicke statt auf "Download" auf die **drei Punkte** rechts daneben und wähle **"CSV-Export"** aus. Klicke auf den blauen Button "Export" um den Download zu starten. ❗ Wichtig: Standardmäßig ist **DATEV EXTF Version 12** als Exportformat ausgewählt. --- ### Option 3 – Buchungsstapel als XML-Datei herunterladen 1. Um den Export als **XML Datei** herunterzuladen (Wenn du die [Shopify Belegbildverknüpfung](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/de/knowledge/rechnungsprinter/belegbildverknuepfung-shopify?hsLang=de) aktiviert hast oder Stripe Billing nutzt)  kannst du auf die **drei Punkte** klicken. 2.
