# Wie erstelle ich manuell die Chargebee Buchungsstapel/ Exporte?

## Anleitung: So erstellst du manuell deine monatlichen Buchhaltungsexporte für Chargebee

Logge dich zunächst unter <https://app.pathway-solutions.de/>[https://app.pathway-solutions.de](https://app.pathway-solutions.de/) auf unserer Plattform ein.

1. Klicke links im Plattform-Menü auf **Chargebee**.
2. Klicke auf **Monats-Import**. 
3. Wähle den Monat und das Jahr aus und klicke auf **Daten Import** oder **PRAP Import**

**Download der Buchhaltungsexporte ohne Belegverknüpfung:**

1. Klicke auf **Buchungsstapel**.
2. Wähle den Monat und das Jahr aus und klicke auf **Suchen**.
3. Klicke dann auf die drei Punkte und **CSV Export. **

   Du erhältst dann nur die CSV Datei ohne Belegverknüpfung.

 

**Download der Buchhaltungsexporte mit Belegverknüpfung:**

1. Klicke auf **Buchungsstapel**.
2. Wähle den Monat und das Jahr aus und klicke auf **Suchen**.
3. Klicke dann auf die drei Punkte und auf **DATEV XML Export**.

   Somit hast du zwei Dateien: 1. die CSV Datei mit Beleglink und 2. die DATEV XML Datei mit den Belegen
