# Buchungsstapel manuell an DATEV per API übertragen

## Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung, wie du deine Exporte für deine Erlöse und Payments manuell an DATEV über die API senden kannst.

**Voraussetzung:**  
Damit du Exporte manuell an DATEV senden kannst, brauchst du:

- Einen aktiven **DATEV Buchungsdatenservice**
- Eine **verknüpfte DATEV API**

#### **Schritt 1 -  In pathway einloggen**

- Logge dich auf der [pathway Plattform](https://app.pathway-solutions.de/) ein
- Klicke links im Menü auf **„Buchungsstapel“**.

#### **Schritt 2 -  Gewünschten Export auswählen**

- Nutze die Filter oben, um gezielt nach **Shop**, **Integration**, **Jahr** und/oder **Monat** zu filtern.

- Klicke bei dem gewünschten Buchungsstapel oben rechts auf die **drei blauen Punkte**.

#### **Schritt 3 -  Export an DATEV senden**

- Wähle im Dropdown-Menü: **„DATEV Buchungsdatenservice Export“**.
- Dein Export wird nun **automatisch über die DATEV API** an DATEV übermittelt
- Du erhältst eine Erfolgsmeldung, sobald der Upload abgeschlossen ist.

### FAQ's - Häufig gestellte Fragen:

✅ **Was passiert, wenn ich einen Buchungsstapel doppelt übermittle?**  
DATEV erkennt Dubletten anhand der Belegnummern. Eine doppelte Buchung wird nicht erneut verarbeitet.

✅ **Woran erkenne ich, ob der Export erfolgreich war?**  
Nach dem Senden siehst du einen Status direkt am Buchungsstapel („Erfolgreich übertragen“). Zusätzlich kannst du deine Steuerkanzlei bitten, den Import zu bestätigen.

✅ **Kann ich mehrere Buchungsstapel auf einmal an DATEV senden?**  
Aktuell ist nur der **Export einzelner Stapel** vorgesehen – so bleibt alles übersichtlich.
