Sollten wir noch etwas für dich tun können, um dich zum Bleiben zu bewegen, sag uns ebenfalls gerne Bescheid. --- ### 📅 Kündigungsfrist beim **Monatsabo** Beim **Monatsabo** gilt: - Kündigung **jederzeit zum Monatsende** möglich - Keine Mindestlaufzeit **Beispiel:** - Kündigung geht im **Januar** bei uns ein - Letzte Abrechnung erfolgt für **Januar (Anfang des Folgemonats Februar)** - Dein Abonnement endet **zum 31. Januar** 👉🏼 **Wichtig:** Du kannst alle Exporte und Dokumente von der Plattform noch **bis zum 15. des Folgemonats** herunterladen. Im Beispiel (Kündigung zu Ende Januar) bis zum **15. Februar**. **Anschließend:** - werden **alle Benutzerzugänge gelöscht** - ist kein Zugriff mehr auf die Plattform möglich --- ### 📆 Kündigungsfrist beim **Jahresabo** Beim [**Jahresabo**](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/de/knowledge/%C3%BCber-pathway/ecom-jahresabo) gilt: - Die Mindestlaufzeit beträgt **12 Monate** - Nach Ablauf der 12 Monate wechselst du **automatisch ins Monatsabo** ##### 👉🏼 Wir melden uns ca. **im 11. Monat** bei dir, um eine **optionale Verlängerung** des Jahresabos zu besprechen. **Kündigung beim Jahresabo:** - Du kannst die Kündigung **bis spätestens einen Monat vor Ablauf** des Jahresabos vormerken - Erfolgt keine fristgerechte Kündigung, greift anschließend der **Ablauf des Monatsabos** (siehe oben) --- ### 🥳 Du hast es geschafft!
