Die **Abrechnung** erfolgt über **Shopify Payments.** Mithilfe einer **Buchungsregel** kannst du die Shopify Collectives richtig verbuchen**.**  --- ###### 💡 Was ist Shopify Collective? - Shopify Collective ermöglicht **Cross-Selling zwischen Shopify-Shops**. - Die **Auszahlung & Abrechnung** läuft über **Shopify Payments**. - Es gibt zwei Arten von Buchungen: | Typ | Beschreibung | | --- | --- | | **ShopifyCollective (Debit)** | Du verkaufst Produkte eines anderen Shops → der Einkaufspreis wird dir **abgezogen**. | | **ShopifyCollective (Credit)** | Ein anderer Shop verkauft *deine* Produkte → du **erhältst** den Einkaufspreis. | 💡 Damit diese Transaktionen korrekt gebucht werden, müssen in pathway **Buchungsregeln** hinterlegt werden. ➡️ Weitere Info's findes du [hier](https://help.shopify.com/de/manual/online-sales-channels/shopify-collective). --- ###### ⚙️ Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung #### **Schritt 1 – Einstellungen öffnen** 1. Logge dich in die **pathway Plattform** ein. 2. Klicke links im Menü unter **Payment-Anbieter** auf **"Shopify Payments“**. 3. Klicke oben rechts auf **"Erweiterte Einstellungen"**. 2. Scrolle bis zum Abschnitt **„Buchungsregeln“**. 3. Scrolle nach ganz unten und klicke auf **„speichern“**. --- #### **Wichtiger Hinweis:** Sobald Shopify Collective Buchungen **ohne Regeln** auftreten, wird der **Import abgebrochen** und es erscheint eine **Fehlermeldung** auf der Plattform.  --- ### 🧩 Beispielhafte Kontenzuordnung | Transaktionstyp | Beschreibung | Konto (Beispiel) | | --- | --- | --- | | ShopifyCollective (Debit) | Einkaufspreis anderer Händler | 77777 (Kreditorenkonto) | | ShopifyCollective (Credit) | Erlös aus Verkäufen über Partner-Shop | 11111 (Debitorenkonto) | ➡️ Bitte Werte immer mit der Buchhaltung abgleichen. ➡️ Mit den Lieferantenabrechnungen kannst du dann das Debitoren- bzw. Kreditorenkonto abstimmen und auf die korrekten Erlös- bzw. Aufwandskonten verbuchen. --- ### 🥳 Du hast es geschafft! Du hast erfolgreich **Buchungsregeln für Shopify Collective** erstellt.
