# Shopify Payments Saldo abstimmen

## Erfahre hier, wie du den Shopify Payments Saldo abstimmen und plausibilisieren kannst

Unseres Wissens nach stellt Shopify keinen Kontoauszug zur Verfügung, so dass du nicht wie z.B. bei PayPal einen direkten Abgleich machen kannst. Gerne teilen wir aber unsere Best Practice mit, welche bereits diverse andere Kunden nutzen.

Insgesamt werden 2 Prüfmechanismen genutzt, um das Guthabenkonto zum Monatsende auf Plausibilität zu prüfen:

1\. OPOS Konto des Debitoren: Wenn es hier keinen offenen Posten gibt, so ist davon auszugehen, dass es keine Zahlung ohne Bestellung oder Bestellung ohne Zahlung gibt. Außerdem stimmen die Beträge zwischen Bestellung und Zahlung sowie auch Fremdwährungssalden überein.

 

2\. Transitkonto: Wenn die Auszahlungen, welche pathway über das Shopify Payments Transitkonto bucht, mit dem übereinstimmt, was auf dem Bankkonto ankommt (in der Regel von Stripe überwiesen), so ist davon auszugehen, dass unsere Buchungen plausibel sind.

 

Der Endbestand des Guthabenkontos kann dann in der Regel als plausibel angesehen werden.
