#### **Was ist der Erhaltene Anzahlungen Bericht?**
Mit diesem Bericht kannst du alle Bestellungen identifizieren, die zwar bezahlt, aber noch nicht geliefert wurden.
#### **Warum ist dieser Bericht wichtig?**
Bestellungen, die noch nicht versendet wurden, gelten buchhalterisch als **erhaltene Anzahlungen**, da die Leistung noch nicht erbracht wurde. Diese dürfen daher nicht als **Umsatzerlöse** ausgewiesen werden. Der Bericht hilft dir, eine korrekte Abgrenzung vorzunehmen und die Buchhaltung regelkonform zu führen.
#### **Wie funktioniert der Bericht?**
Der Bericht stellt eine übersichtliche Tabelle zur Verfügung, die alle Bestellungen auflistet, die bis zum Monatsende nicht versendet wurden.
Auf dieser Basis kannst du **Sammelbuchungen pro Erlöskonto** erstellen, um die Umsatzerlöse korrekt auszuweisen.

Die Datei wird jeden Monat automatisch im Bereich **"Dateien"** auf unserer Plattform bereitgestellt.
