# Shopify Erstattungen - so geht's richtig

## Oft werden Refunds in Shopify falsch ausgeführt. Hier eine Anleitung für die richtige Bearbeitung von Refunds

Damit eure Refunds / Gutschriften die richtigen Steuersätze an Shopify zurückspielen, ist es wichtig, dass Ihr wenn ihr Erstattungen an den Produkten tätigt und **nicht** einfach den Refundbetrag eintragt.

Ihr müsst das Produkt auswählen, welches Erstattet wird damit der dazugehörige Steuersatz an Shopify zurückgemeldet wird. Der Refundbetrag (unten rechts) berechnet sich dann automatisch bzw. kann auch manuell nach unten korrigiert werden.
