Diese können sichtbar sein: 📊 **im Shopify Export** (z. B. im pathway Buchhaltungs-Export) 🧾 **auf Gutschriften im pathway Rechnungsprinter** ➡️ Wichtig: **Das ist kein Fehler.** Diese Positionen entstehen durch die **Refund-Logik von Shopify selbst**. --- ### 🔎 Wann entstehen diese Positionen? Diese erscheinen als: - **REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** - **PENDING\_REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** --- ### 🧾 Wo können diese Positionen auftauchen? Diese Positionen können an zwei Stellen sichtbar sein: ### 📊 Shopify Export Im Buchhaltungs-Export erscheinen sie als eigene Positionen bei Refunds. ### 🧾 Rechnungsprinter Gutschriften Da der Rechnungsprinter die **Shopify Refund-Daten verwendet**, können diese Positionen auch **auf der Gutschrift erscheinen**. --- ### ⚙️ Was bedeutet REFUND\_DISCREPANCY? **REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** ist eine automatische **Korrekturbuchung von Shopify**. Sie entsteht, wenn: ✔ Geld zurückgezahlt wird ❌ aber **kein Artikel im Refund ausgewählt wurde** Shopify nutzt diese Buchung, um: - die Differenz zwischen Refundbetrag - und den ursprünglichen Warenpositionen **buchhalterisch auszugleichen.** ➡️ Das ist **normales Shopify Verhalten**. --- ### ⏳ Was bedeutet PENDING\_REFUND\_DISCREPANCY? **PENDING\_REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** ist die **temporäre Version** dieser Buchung. Sie erscheint, wenn die Rückzahlung beim Zahlungsanbieter (z. B. **PayPal**) noch **nicht final bestätigt ist**. Der Ablauf: 1️⃣ Shopify erstellt **PENDING\_REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** 2️⃣ Zahlungsanbieter bestätigt den Refund 3️⃣ Shopify ersetzt diese durch **REFUND\_DISCREPANCY** ➡️ Deshalb können **beide Positionen kurzfristig parallel erscheinen**. --- ### ℹ️ Wichtig zu wissen Diese Positionen entstehen **direkt in Shopify**. Das bedeutet: ✔ **kein Fehler im pathway Export** ✔ **kein Fehler im Rechnungsprinter** pathway übernimmt lediglich die Daten, die Shopify bereitstellt. --- ### 💡 Wie lässt sich das vermeiden? Damit Shopify **saubere Refund-Buchungen** erzeugt, solltest du immer: 👉🏼 **ein konkretes Produkt auswählen** ### So geht’s richtig 1️⃣ Bestellung in **Shopify öffnen** 2️⃣ Auf **Refund** klicken 3️⃣ **Produkt oder Versandposition auswählen** 4️⃣ Betrag dort reduzieren ➡️ Shopify erstellt dann eine **normale Rückgabe-Position** ➡️ Diese kann korrekt verbucht werden. --- ### 🥳 Du hast es geschafft!
