Chargebacks in Stripe passieren, hat der Kunde entweder die Zahlung angefochten, ist insolvent oder es handelt sich um eine Fraudbestellung.  Sobald eine Zahlung angefochten wird und Stripe dem Kreditkartenprovider / Bank Recht zuspricht, was in 99% der Fällen leider passiert, bleibt die Rechnung Stripe als "paid" markiert, aber das Geld wird vom Stripekonto zuzüglich Strafgebühren, abgezogen. *Stripe handling **- ***Stripe selbst erstellt für für die Chargebacks keine Credit Notes / Gutschriften. In pathway wird bei einem Chargeback ein offener Posten gebucht (die Zahlung wird zurückgebucht), die Rechnung ist somit wieder unausgeglichen und muss manuell bearbeitet werden. **Handlungsempfehlung** Sofern davon ausgegangen wird, dass **der Kunde nicht mehr bezahlt**, empfehlen wir die ursprüngliche Rechnung in Stripe zu stornieren bzw. eine Gutschrift auszustellen. Diese wird dann (mit dem nächsten Export) in DATEV erfasst und der offene Posten ausgeglichen **Wenn der Kunde trotzdem zahlen soll,** muss ein manueller Mahnprozess aufgesetzt werden. Unsere Handlungsempfehlung ist wie folgt. 1\. initiale Rechnung in Stripe stornieren 2\. Rechnung in Stripe duplizieren 3\. Chargeback Gebühr hinzufügen + Bearbeitungsgebühr auf neuer Stripe Rechnung hinzufügen 4\. neue Zahlungsart vom Kunden anfordern 5\.
