So kannst du rechtzeitig prüfen, ob eine Anmeldung zum **OSS-Verfahren (One Stop Shop)** notwendig ist. --- ### 📍 Wo finde ich mein OSS Dashboard? So gelangst du zur Übersicht: 1. Logge dich auf der pathway Plattform ein 2. Im OSS Dashboard werden: ![p\_astronaut\_checkliste (1)](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/hs-fs/hubfs/p_astronaut_checkliste%20(1).png?width=196&height=196&name=p_astronaut_checkliste%20(1).png) - **Alle Bestellungen mit Lieferland in einem EU-Ausland** - Auf Basis der **Nettobeträge** - Über alle relevanten Shops hinweg berücksichtigt. **Wichtig:** Es zählen ausschließlich **EU-Lieferländer außerhalb deines Inlandes**, unabhängig von der Zahlungsart. **⚠️ Achtung:** - Grundlegend werden nur **physische Güter** (Lieferungen von Gegenständen) im OSS Dashboard berücksichtig. - **Sonstige Leistungen** (wie z.B. Veranstaltungstickets) zählen hier **nicht** mit rein. --- ### 🔄 Wie oft wird das Dashboard aktualisiert? Das OSS Dashboard wird: - **Wöchentlich automatisch aktualisiert** - Direkt in deinem pathway Account angezeigt Du musst nichts manuell anstoßen. --- Du kannst das OSS Dashboard aber auch jederzeit **manuell aktualisieren:** - Klicke dazu auf den blauen Button **"Daten aktualisieren"** unter der Anzeige - Deine Daten werden innerhalb von wenigen Minuten aktualisiert. Das Datum siehst du dann oben rechts bei **"letztes Update am ... Es werden ausschließlich EU-Auslandsumsätze berücksichtigt. **❓ Werden Brutto- oder Nettobeträge verwendet?** Es werden Nettobeträge herangezogen. **❓ Wird das Dashboard automatisch aktualisiert?** Ja. Das OSS Dashboard wird wöchentlich automatisch aktualisiert. **❓ Muss ich mich automatisch für OSS registrieren, wenn ich die Schwelle überschreite?** Das Dashboard dient als Orientierung. Die konkrete steuerliche Verpflichtung solltest du mit deiner Steuerberatung klären. --- ### 🥳 Du hast es geschafft!
