[Adyen](https://hilfe.pathway-solutions.de/de/knowledge/zahlungsanbieter?hsLang=de#adyen) # Werden rückwirkende Adyen-Zahlungsdaten automatisch importiert? ## So kommen deine Adyen-Daten in pathway – automatisch für laufende Zeiträume und manuell für rückwirkende Daten. ### 📖 Darum geht’s Adyen-Daten gelangen auf zwei Wegen in pathway: **automatisch** über die API-Verbindung und **manuell** per CSV-Upload. Für **rückwirkende Zeiträume** gibt es keinen automatischen Nachzug – diese Settlement Reports lädst du **einmalig manuell hoch**. Alles Laufende danach läuft dann automatisch. --- ### 🔄 Die zwei Wege im Überblick **1. Manuell (für rückwirkende Daten)** Reports aus Zeiträumen **vor** der API-Verbindung meldet Adyen nicht mehr aktiv. Die automatische Verarbeitung greift immer nur **ab dem Zeitpunkt**, ab dem die API-Verbindung steht und Adyen neue Reports meldet. Für rückwirkende Zeiträume gehst du deshalb so vor: 1. Lade die betreffenden **Settlement Reports im Adyen Customer Area als CSV** herunter. 2. Die API-Verbindung sorgt nur für die automatische Verarbeitung **ab dem Zeitpunkt der Einrichtung**. Ältere Zeiträume trägst du einmalig manuell nach. **❓ Welches Dateiformat brauche ich für den manuellen Upload?** Ausschließlich **CSV**. Andere Formate werden beim Upload abgelehnt. **❓ Muss ich nach der API-Verbindung überhaupt noch etwas manuell tun?** Für laufende Zeiträume nicht – die kommen automatisch.
